BMS System

The BMS System brings air-handling units and building services under one controller. It continuously reads differential pressure across filters and zones, process temperature and relative humidity, then drives dampers, VFDs and alarms through its isolated relay outputs to hold set-points automatically. Wired and wireless links let it report to the EMS network, SCADA or a central BMS head-end, so plant rooms, clean rooms and utility services can be supervised, logged and trended from a single screen.

- Supervises AHU performance from a single panel — three differential-pressure channels (Pa), process temperature and relative humidity on one always-on display, with AHU, CFM and unit ID at a glance.
- Isolated field I/O — 0–10 VDC / 4–20 mA inputs for RH, temperature and differential-pressure control, 5–24 VDC digital inputs, and eight isolated relay outputs (N1–N8) for dampers, VFDs and interlocks.
- Wired and wireless connectivity — two RJ45 ports plus Wi-Fi, GSM and GPS options, so the controller reports into the EMS network, SCADA or a central BMS head-end for logging and alarms.
